Job summary

Wendy's in Apple Valley, MN seeks a skilled Repair - Maintenance technician to perform daily maintenance on restaurant equipment and property. You will manage Preventative Maintenance schedules and provide on-site PM training at each store.

Ideal candidates hold EPA HVAC Type 1 & 2 certs, carpentry, electrical, plumbing knowledge, and 1–3 years of hands-on experience; on-call duties and occasional store openings may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC Type 1 & 2 certification required.
• Technical certification preferred; licensing may be required in some locations.
• 1–3 years of related experience in repair/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, emergency repair, and cosmetic repair on restaurant equipment and property.
• Assists with installation of equipment from special projects.
• Inspects and reports condition of equipment and property; maintains maintenance status.
• Ensures accurate reporting of invoices, maintenance logs, and administrative paperwork.
