Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and facility assets. You will support on-call rotations, overtime, and adapt to extreme weather as needed, ensuring timely completion of PM tasks and training at the restaurant level.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, EPA Type I & II certification, and 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme climates.
• EPA Certification Type I & II required.
• 1-3 years of general maintenance/repair experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property via work orders in My TechConnect.
• Create and complete work orders for critical issues found during visits.
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM work orders and identify needed repairs.
• Utilize inventory management and warranty processes; assist with capital planning.
