You will support store-level maintenance practices, maintain logs and inventory, and assist with store openings or closures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a restaurant, retail, or similar environment.
• Knowledge in electrical repair, plumbing, and carpentry; HVAC and refrigeration experience is a plus.
• EPA Certification (Type 1 - 2) required; local/state licenses may be required.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on restaurant equipment and property.
• Support store-level training on maintenance best practices and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with equipment installations related to special projects and store closings or openings.
• Maintain service logs, warranty records, and inventory of equipment and tools.
