Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager to lead daily operations, guest service, and team development at our center. You will coordinate Food & Beverage offerings, oversee staff, and drive guest satisfaction while managing multiple responsibilities across entertainment and center operations.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, leveraging marketing opportunities and maintaining high service

Qualifications

2+ years of management in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to supervise center operations staff.
Strong team player with people development skills.
Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

Lead guest service to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Oversee the Food & Beverage program and drive sales.
Recruit, hire, and develop hourly staff; schedule coverage.
Collaborate with marketing initiatives to boost center sales (leagues, events).
Maintain center operations and guest experience to a high standard.
