Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a leading location-based entertainment company, operates bowling centers, waterparks, and amusement venues. As a Restaurant and Operations Manager, you will lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, flex into any role, and build a team that delivers great hospitality.

You will recruit, train, and schedule teams, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L involvement.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor, cost control, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is ready for high-volume shifts.
