Job summary

McDonald’s Los Angeles area franchise requires a Department Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, including training, food safety, inventory management, and staff scheduling. You’ll lead the team to meet sales and quality goals, while delivering a great guest experience.

You must be 18+ and capable of managing in a fast-paced setting, coordinating with the General Manager to drive performance and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff are trained and service areas are organized to provide excellent guest experience.
