Job summary

Godlove McDonald's, a franchisee-run restaurant, is seeking a Department Manager to oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments. You will lead shifts, ensure fast and friendly service, and drive training and adherence to McDonald’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring prior managerial experience in food service or retail, a team‑oriented mindset, and the ability to schedule staff to meet sales goals. You must be 18+ and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
• Passion for a fast-paced McDonald’s environment and being a positive team player with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise Departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure great customer experience at front counter, McCafé and drive-thru.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals.
• Monitor food cost and ensure compliance with production procedures.
