McDonald’s Lafayette is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead guest experience and restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work with the General Manager to drive performance and ensure standards across training, food safety, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, and developing crew, maintaining quality and cost controls, delivering a memorable guest experience, and coaching teams to meet sales and service goals in a franchise
