McDonald’s Restaurant in Ohio is seeking a Department Manager to oversee multiple shifts, departments, and staff, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will lead Crew and Managers, train staff, and manage operations across Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.

Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred. Must be 18+; strong communication and leadership skills required to drive sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring a great customer experience and training service staff.
• The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include delivering great quality food, controlling food cost, and training staff in production procedures.
• The People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet restaurant goals.
