Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart of House, Bar and Hospitality departments on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Direct staff planning, hiring, training and development to meet staffing guidelines.
• Monitor food quality, recipes, portioning and safety compliance; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage department P&L, labor and inventory to improve profitability.
• Coach and develop managers; enforce performance standards and training.
