World Wide Wings in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an All World Wide Wings Manager with a focus on Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments to lead and develop teams across shifts. The role emphasizes safe operations, cost control, and guest satisfaction within a high-volume restaurant setting.

The Department Manager will supervise HOH, Bar, and Hospitality operations, ensuring staffing, training, and performance management align with company standards while driving profits and service quality.

Qualifications

• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
• Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, interviewing, hiring, and developing department members.
• Provide coaching and development plans for direct reports.
• Coordinate hiring decisions with other department managers.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Design and run department incentive programs and contests.
• Give regular performance feedback and conducts evaluations.
• Assist GM with coaching other managers on performance.
• Ensure guest experience and feedback programs are used.
• Ensure staff have required training and permits.
• Oversee quality, safety, and inventory controls.
