Job summary

World Wide Wings in Springfield, OR is seeking a Department Manager to oversee HOH, Bar and Hospitality departments, ensuring safe operations, staffing, scheduling, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise shift operations, manage hiring, training, and development of team members, and drive profitability through effective revenue and labor management.

The role covers menu adherence, quality control, vendor coordination, and coaching across managers.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-directed and results driven with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to create a fun environment for guests and Team Members.
• Strong mathematical andcheduling capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; full bar experience is a plus.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, interviewing, hiring and ongoing development of department team members.
• Coordinate with other Department Managers on hiring decisions to enable growth opportunities.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Develop and implement incentive programs and contests for department staff.
• Provide regular performance feedback and timely appraisals.
• Coach other managers on effective performance management procedures.
• Ensure guest experience and adherence to service standards.
