Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff staffing, recruitment, hiring, training and development of department team members.
• Coordinate with managers on hiring decisions and scheduling within labor guidelines.
• Oversee bar, HOH and hospitality operations, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coach managers on performance management and ensure food safety and quality standards.
