World Wide Wings in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Department Manager to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality. You will be responsible for staffing, training, budgeting, inventory, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional guest experiences and a winning team environment.

You will report to the General Manager, drive operational excellence, and manage cross-functional priorities while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; leadership and restaurant experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety; responsible alcohol service.
• Team-first mindset with energy for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top-tier service.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; build an all-star lineup.
• Own execution across operations: guest engagement, quality, speed, accuracy.
