Job summary

World Wide Wings is seeking a Department Manager to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality operations in Beaverton. You will supervise HOH, Bar, and dining room staff, manage schedules, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

You must have at least 2 years in restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel between units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOH, Bar, and Hospitality departments on shift basis.
• Lead staff scheduling, hiring, training, and development.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs and labor to improve profitability.
• Coach managers on performance and guest service standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
