Job summary

McDonald's, operated by an independent franchisee, seeks a Department Manager to lead shifts and multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise guest service, kitchen, and people operations, with emphasis on staffing, training, and scheduling to meet restaurant goals.

Preferred prior managerial experience in hospitality or retail, with a passion for teamwork and a customer-first approach. Must be 18 or older to manage in these stores.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities include delivering a great customer experience.
• Ensure sales promotions are executed well and staff are trained in service procedures.
• Ensure Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
• Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities include delivering great quality food to customers quickly and safely.
• Keep food cost under control and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager's responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet goals.
• Ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time.
