Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, service and cleanliness on shift without direct supervision.
• Manage restaurant controls such as labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures daily.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Coach crew and follow up to ensure excellent operations.
• Assist in growing and developing restaurant employees.
