McDonald’s independent franchise is hiring Restaurant Department Managers to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and drive department performance in Guest Service, Kitchen, and People teams.

Previous managerial experience preferred; opportunities for growth, extensive benefits including 401K, tuition assistance up to $3,000 yearly, PTO, insurance, and training programs; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Department Managers in Guest Service, Kitchen, and People.
• Train staff in service procedures, monitor adherence to procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great customer experience across front counter, drive-thru and dining areas.
• Train crew and staff to deliver quality service and adhere to safety standards.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for efficient operations.
• Control food cost and ensure freshness and safety of product.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals.
