Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in fast-paced environments, a flexible schedule, and are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for all customers.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management—set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Oversee Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and maintain organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Supervise Kitchen Department: deliver high-quality, safe food quickly; control food costs; train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• Manage People Department: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate employees throughout their tenure.
