Why Ian's?
About the Role
As the Delivery Manager, you're the leader of the driver squad! Keeping the energy high, the service smooth, and the vibe unmistakably Ian's. You'll work with the GM and AGM to make sure your driver crew has the training, tools, and support they need to crush every shift. Our team is supportive and strongly believes that you can take pride in your work and have fun at the same time!
You work shifts as a delivery driver in addition to your management duties. Packing up orders, loading your car, zipping around town to deliver happiness, all part of a day's work! You'll also take phone and online orders, enter them into the system, and help with cleaning, dishes, and stocking in the restaurant when you are not on the road.
A big part of your gig is training and developing your team on shift. You'll be the lead trainer for delivery: showing staff the ropes, giving helpful feedback, and running quarterly reviews. There's also the behind-the-scenes work: manager meetings, responding to messages, tackling special projects, and working with leadership to make your department run well.
Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, you'll support them, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.
What You'll Bring to the Manager Team

Any time over 40 is paid as overtime. Your schedule will drop 2-4 weeks at a time so you can plan your life and your pizza intake accordingly!
Verona is open Sunday-Thursday from 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-10pm. Operational shifts are typically scheduled from 9/10am-4/5pm for lunch and 3/4-11pm/12am for dinner.
