Job summary

Ian's Pizza in Verona, WI is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver Manager to start ASAP. You’ll lead the delivery team, balance driving duties with supervision, and ensure fast, friendly service across shifts.

You’ll train staff, run quarterly reviews, handle scheduling and admin tasks, and collaborate with the GM/AGM to keep the department running smoothly. A passion for pizza and strong leadership are a must.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Driver in restaurants; lead/supervisor or trainer experience is a plus.
• Must complete a food safety certification within 6 months.
• Pass driver eligibility check; valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainer for delivery; conduct quarterly reviews and coaching.
• Perform delivery duties and manage the driver squad.
• Handle scheduling, training, and admin tasks with leadership.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to ensure training and support.
• Maintain high energy, customer service, and brand standards.
