Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Driver in restaurants required.
• Previous lead, supervisor, or trainer experience is a huge plus.
• Must complete a food safety certification course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the driver squad and train on shift; provide feedback and quarterly reviews.
• Split time between delivery duties and management responsibilities.
• Oversee scheduling, driver coverage, and backend tasks to support operations.
• Assist with packing orders, taking phone/online orders, and restaurant cleanliness when not on the road.
