Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Manager to lead a High Performing Team on shift, coach teammates, and uphold service and food safety standards. This role reports to the Operating Partner and supports restaurant operations across customer service and training.

You will supervise Team Members, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain sanitation and consistent standards, contributing to Whataburger’s growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience as a Team Member.
• Attainment of Team Member skills certification.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a High Performing Team environment by coaching during shifts.
• Create a safe space for communication and engagement with Team Members.
• Support operating partners and managers in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee customer service, food safety, sanitation, and consistency of standards.
• Train and supervise Team Members to ensure adherence to procedures.
