Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 yearsrestaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and staff across shifts.
• Schedule, recruit, train, and supervise Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
