Job summary

CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc. is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team in Missouri. You will deliver friendly guest service, prepare quality menu items, keep the restaurant clean, and ensure safety for guests and staff.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll work at a designated station, handle items per standards, and contribute to efficient operations while upholding cost controls.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service per guidelines and deliver SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned stations, clean, stock, and assist with duties.
• Prepare, package, and deliver products per Menu Standards.
• Handle food according to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as needed.
