Job summary

CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc. is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food products to standard and keeping the restaurant clean and safe for all guests and employees.

This role requires working at assigned stations, adhering to food safety rules, and supporting fast-paced service with reliable transportation and flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and prepare quality food products according to standards.
• Work assigned station(s); clean and stock station areas; assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure hot, quality products; package and deliver products per Menu Standards.
• Follow food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to protect guests and employees.
• Follow cash control guidelines to help minimize restaurant costs; use products and equipment properly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required by business needs.
