Ultipro in Collinsville, IL, is seeking a Crew Person to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will ensure guests have a positive experience by preparing quality food to standards, keeping the station clean, stocked, and ready for service.

You will follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, handle cash responsibly, and communicate effectively with teammates and guests while supporting the front and back of house as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food to standards.
• Operate assigned station(s) accurately and keep station clean and stocked.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Handle all food products following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs and use materials wisely.
• Demonstrate effective communication with team and guests.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as needed.
