Job summary

Ultipro in Jerseyville, IL is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience by preparing quality food and keeping the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for guests and employees. You will work at an assigned station, follow all guest service guidelines, and help ensure hot, quality products while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires enrollment in high school (diploma preferred), at least 16 years old, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure superstar service.
• Works assigned station(s); cleans and stocks the area; performs other cleaning duties.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; follows food safety and sanitation rules.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as needed.
