Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. Join a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and continual Kaizen improvements.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking to Sarku Japan standards, and maintaining safety and sanitation throughout shifts. Growth opportunities and hands-on training are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to SarkuJapan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
