Job summary

Ultipro in Lawrenceburg, TN is hiring a Part-Time Team Member to join our restaurant team. The Crew Person performs assigned tasks, prepares quality food, and helps keep the restaurant clean, safe and welcoming for guests.

You will follow guest service guidelines to deliver Superstar Service, work at your station, stock and clean, and assist with other duties as business needs change. Applicants should be 16 or older, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; provides SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s).
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles food according to company food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to help minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties/projects as required.
