Job summary

Ultipro in Tennessee is seeking a Crew Person to join our quick-service team. You will help prepare quality food products, deliver a positive guest experience, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

The role requires a willingness to work flexible hours, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. Previous restaurant experience is not required; we value dependability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines; ensures guests receive SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s); cleans and stocks; performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensures hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; follows food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses all products and equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrates oral communication; communicates with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
