• Enforce branded franchise safety standards and cash security.
• Ensure consistent quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy and speed of service.
• Support marketing plans to build repeat customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing with the friendliest, most positive, trained and eager to help people.
• Perform management duties as delegated by the Assistant Manager.
• Ensure every customer leaves happy and all complaints are resolved.
• Train and empower team to deliver high standards of service.
• Maintain safety and security for employees and customers.
• Oversee cash control and credit card security.
• Complete semi-annual performance appraisals for team members.
• Assist with executing marketing plans and Local Store Marketing.
