Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage all employees.
• Enforce company policies and handbook.
• Provide coaching and document progressive discipline.
• Schedule labor in compliance with federal wage and hour laws.
• Schedule Assistant Manager when Manager is off duty.
• Keep food service area and equipment clean, safe, and maintained.
• Enforce uniform and branded dress code.
• Ensure staff have Food Handlers card.
• Inventory supplies and place orders as needed.
• Ensure food items and portions meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor waste and record disposal properly.
• Conduct weekly inventories to measure food costs against sales.
• Understand and execute security and emergency protocols.
