Job summary

LITTLE GENERAL STORE INC is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help operate a clean and profitable retail convenience store at Little General Airport Road, Beaver, WV. The role requires assuming responsibilities of the Store Manager, providing coverage during their absence, and offering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and manage shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum eighteen (18) years of age to sell tobacco and alcohol.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store in absence of the Store Manager.
• Train employees as directed by the Store Manager.
• Promote enrollment in Loyalty Programs.
