Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. in New Hampshire's mountain resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal roles. You will join a team delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic food and beverage setting.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with tips in tipped positions, and multiple departments including food and beverage, retail, lift operations, and more offer opportunities to learn and grow. The company provides ski passes, discounts, and training through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday

Job Specifications

• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Role

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
