Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States (WIS) seeks team members for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 to support Food & Beverage operations. You will learn on the job and contribute to delivering an Experience of a Lifetime for guests while living our core values in a mountain environment.

Starting wage is $20/hour with full-time and part-time hours. Housing is not provided. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to stand and lift up to 40 lbs during service and prep tasks.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests and coworkers to deliver great service.
• Share passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow daily pre-shift guidelines and keep stations clean.
• Prepare a range of food items in a team-based environment.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
