Vail Resorts in Kirkwood, CA is hiring for winter 2026/27. Join our mountain team across roles like cooks, drivers, instructors, and more, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts and the chance to build a lifelong love of the outdoors while serving guests from around the world.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, plus benefits including free employee ski passes and lessons, lodging and gear discounts, a 401(k) plan, and training opportunities.

• No formal experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
