Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef, delivering an unparalleled dining experience. You will handle daily prep line tasks, start ahead items appropriately, and maintain clean, properly stored ingredients.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of prep line/cook experience. Expect high-paced environments with opportunities for pay, hotel discounts, and F&B discounts.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year’s experience as a prep line/cook.
• Most importantly, you’re someone who is capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
