Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic PM Cook to join our team. A service-focused role in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will maintain sanitation standards, assist in meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, and work with the manager to create specials. Prior kitchen experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are required.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred and previous kitchen experience expected.
• Ability to follow safety rules and sanitation standards.
• Flexible hours and shifts, capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation across the kitchen area and storage areas.
• Prepare food according to specifications for meals and events.
• Organize and rotate inventory and ensure proper storage.
• Collaborate with manager on specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
