Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items according to Sapp Bros. specifications.
• Operate pressure fryers safely and efficiently.
• Portion, prep and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Check food temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Stock and rotate products in hot/cold cases, coolers, and freezers.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized including the dishwasher.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
