Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking reliable and motivated cooks to join our restaurant team. In this role, you’ll prepare high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help deliver a great dining experience.

As a Cook, you will prepare menu items to company standards while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency. You’ll help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and remains ready to serve our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Strong references and a solid work ethic.
• A team player who contributes to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Sapp Bros. standards.
• Maintain quick ticket times while ensuring food quality and accuracy.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers and other cooking equipment.
• Prep, portion, and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Monitor food temperatures and complete required food safety logs.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain product levels in coolers, freezers, and hot/cold cases.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized, including dishwashing duties.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
