Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items to Sapp Bros. standards.
• Operate pressure fryers safely and efficiently.
• Portion, prep, and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Check food temperatures and log safety data.
• Stock and rotate products in cases, coolers, and freezers.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized.
