$15 - $18 per hour including hourly tip pool

Restaurant Team Member POSITION SUMMARY

As a Restaurant Cook, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality standards by following our quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
• Restock the front line with prepared product during peak times and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun
• Strive to exceed guest expectations
• Be a team player and foster respectful working relationships with management and colleagues
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry
• Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of stations
