Job summary

Borough of Conshohocken is seeking a full-time Cook in Conshohocken, PA. The role involves preparing lunch and/or dinners, planning meals with the general manager, and ensuring adherence to menus and recipes.

You will review menus, coordinate with other departments, assist with purchasing and inventory, and maintain sanitation standards while learning new menu items. Prior food prep experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary institute or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
