Job summary

Henson Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee restaurant construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate with leadership, clients, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver safe, on-schedule, and within-budget results in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a track record of managing multiple projects, reading drawings, and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of project management in commercial construction.
• Experience on restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-paced commercial projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial restaurant construction projects from planning to turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to hit milestones.
• Monitor costs, track change orders, and maintain profitability objectives.
• Lead meetings and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership; support closeout activities.
