M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Maintenance Staff member for Razzoos Concord in Concord, NC to keep the restaurant interior and exterior clean, safe, and orderly. Responsibilities include heavy cleaning, floor care, waste removal, and reporting repairs to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and staff areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub or vacuum restaurant floors.
• Maintain restaurant security by keeping doors locked during non-business hours.
• Conduct scheduled checks of restrooms, landscaping, windows and entryways.
• Ensure parking lot, landscape, and back dock areas are clean and free of debris.
• Replace interior and exterior light bulbs using appropriate ladders and safety procedures.
