M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser for Razzoos Concord in Concord, NC. The Busser supports wait staff and bartenders to ensure smooth, guest‑friendly service and a clean, welcoming dining area.

Duties include clearing tables, delivering items to servers, resetting tables quickly, and helping during peak periods. A valid Food Handlers Certification is required, and you must be 17 years or older. We offer flexible schedules and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes and glassware in designated areas.
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate them to the server as needed.
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation as directed by management.

The Busser supports wait staff and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. While not the front line of service, strong attention to detail and attentiveness are essential to delight our guests.

Licensing Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
• Clear tables after guests
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, communicating them to the server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Must maintain a clean and organized service area
• Thank guests as they are leaving
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures and table setup
• Understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Ability to multitask and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed

• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and supplies safely

Work Environment / Physical Demands

Expected to keep work location a safe and healthy work environment. Utilize basic safety measures to keep the work environment safe. Report any safety concerns to your supervisor. Where safety rules or best practices require that protective clothing/glove/shoes/equipment to be worn, or apparatus utilized, employees must wear clothing /gloves, shoes and equipment and use the apparatus.

• Wash and sanitize hands after removing trash, eating and drinking, using the bathroom, touching own face or hair, or handling food prep
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to reach, bend stoop lift and carry up to 50 lbs. or more
• Exposure to varying temperatures, hot (kitchen) and cold (walk ins)
