THIRTYTHREE97 LLC is seeking a Maintenance Staff member for Razzoos Concord in Concord, NC. The role focuses on keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and orderly both inside and outside the building, including heavy cleaning tasks and routine upkeep.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of dining, restrooms, and kitchen areas, performing floor care, and reporting any major repair needs to management. Opportunities exist for growth and a stable, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and staff areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub or vacuum restaurant floors.
• Maintain restaurant security by keeping doors locked during non-business hours.
• Conduct scheduled checks of restrooms, landscaping, windows and entryways.
• Ensure parking lot, landscape, and back dock areas are clean and free of debris.
• Replace interior and exterior light bulbs using appropriate ladders and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Notify management of major repair needs or issues with building systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by reporting any unsafe procedures or conditions to management.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director.
