Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Restaurant Chef to supervise all aspects of food production, ensuring high culinary quality and service for both front and back of house. You will guide kitchen operations, maintain recipe integrity, and support the General Manager with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in culinary arts with at least 3 years in a supervisory cooking role, plus strong team leadership and kitchen safety knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in culinary arts plus 3 years of relevant professional cooking experience in hotel and/or Conference facilities, including management experience.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role with experience coordinating staff.

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production for high-quality service.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure readiness for service.
• Schedule staff according to budget and forecast; monitor efficiency.
• Develop menus in collaboration with Sr. Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Train and develop staff; ensure culinary standards and safety policies are followed.
