You will reconcile sales, costs, payroll, and vendor invoices, while keeping confidential records and ensuring accuracy for reporting. Candidates should have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a restaurant setting and strong QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Prior restaurant bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and vendor accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and daily restaurant sales.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and expense records.
• Record payroll expenses and reconcile payroll reports.
• Assist with monthly profit-and-loss statements and financial reporting.
• Track food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with external accountants on tax preparation and year-end reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
